Refunds

For digital services:

Due to the digital nature, we cannot process any refunds.

For in-person/virtual services:

We may offer returns in the following conditions:

If the service has not been performed at all during the term of our contract.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:

You received the service you ordered, but simply changed your mind about the product.
You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use of it.

Return Policy

A EJT Education Group we are NOT (with some exceptions) accepting returns at this time. All sales are final. No returns can be made but in some circumstances we offer refunds. Our refund policy has been explained above.
